On May 11, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union had just coordinated with the Quang Khoi General Hospital Trade Union to organize a program of medical examination, health consultation and free medicine distribution for 100 union members and workers in the area.
At the program, the team of doctors and nurses conducted general examinations, measured blood pressure, checked basic health indicators, advised on nutrition, reasonable living, and guided on how to prevent some common diseases for union members and workers.
In addition to medical examination activities, union members and workers are also provided with free medicine according to their health condition and receive appropriate health care advice.
Representatives of the Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union said that the program is a practical activity in response to Workers' Month 2026, contributing to caring for the lives and health of union members and workers, and at the same time spreading the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in accompanying workers.
