On May 10, the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. held a launching ceremony for "Workers' Month", "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" and commended typical and outstanding workers.
Attending the program were Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of leaders of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. and hundreds of union members and employees in the company.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that "Workers' Month", "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" in 2026 has the theme "Vietnamese Workers pioneering into a new era".
According to Mr. Quang, this is an opportunity to honor the value of labor, arouse the spirit of creativity and responsibility of workers in the cause of national construction. At the same time, response activities also contribute to raising awareness and awareness of compliance with laws on occupational safety and hygiene; forming safe working habits and preventing work accidents.
Responding to this year's "Workers' Month", the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized many practical activities such as men's and women's football tournaments, signing emulation agreements, awarding "Trade Union Shelter" houses, coordinating with units to organize motorbike oil change programs, free health check-ups and consultations, and giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.
At the launching ceremony, representatives of leaders of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the Company's Trade Union presented many gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Sakurai Vietnam Co., Ltd. commended and honored 86 typical union members and workers with outstanding achievements in trade union activities and production and business. These are examples of good people, good deeds, with many initiatives in labor production.
