On December 23, the Trade Union of Cypress Shoes Company Limited said that the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control (CDC Nghe An) has just coordinated with the company to organize a first aid training class at the workplace for workers working at the enterprise.
The program has the direct participation of the CDC Nghe An team of doctors and experts, focusing on equipping workers with basic knowledge and skills in first aid in the production environment.
The training content includes recognizing common occupational accidents, initial handling of injuries and accidents, as well as necessary skills to promptly support colleagues before the presence of specialized medical staff.
According to the company representative, organizing first aid training at the workplace aims to contribute to reducing risks and limiting the consequences caused by work-related accidents, while improving the response capacity of workers in emergency situations. Thereby, workers can not only protect themselves but also support their colleagues when needed.
This activity also aims to build a safe and professional working environment, raising awareness of responsibility and the spirit of mutual support among the working group.
