On July 27, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union had just organized the Forum "Month of Listening to Union Members and Workers" in 2026 with the theme "Listening to Understand - Accompanying to Develop", and at the same time organized an exchange football tournament between grassroots trade unions to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The forum took place in a democratic and open atmosphere with the participation of a large number of trade union officials, union members, workers and representatives of businesses in the area. At the program, 12 opinions were exchanged, focusing on contents related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers, regimes, policies, wages, social insurance, occupational safety and health, and trade union activities.
The opinions and recommendations of union members were directly answered and clarified by the Standing Committee of the Commune Trade Union at the forum, contributing to creating consensus and strengthening the trust of union members in the Trade Union organization.
Immediately after the dialogue forum, Dong Hieu Commune Trade Union organized a friendly men's football tournament between grassroots trade unions belonging to Dong Hieu Cluster and Tay Hieu Cluster. The tournament took place enthusiastically, creating a healthy playground, strengthening exchanges and connections between officials, union members, and workers, and at the same time spreading the movement of physical training, sports and labor and production emulation.
Activities to create a forum for union members to express their thoughts and aspirations, strengthen the connection between the Trade Union organization and workers, contributing to celebrating the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
