On April 2nd, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just worked with the Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union to grasp the operating situation and orient tasks for 2026.
At the working session, representatives of Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union reported on the results of activities in the past time. Accordingly, the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers was deployed synchronously. Activities to visit and support union members in difficult circumstances, and organize labor and production emulation movements were maintained. The Commune Trade Union also actively participated in building the grassroots political system, contributing to stabilizing the area.

At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the Commune Trade Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction, closely following the needs of union members and workers.
Along with that, focus on improving the quality of trade union officials, especially propaganda, mobilization and movement organization skills. Promote patriotic emulation movements associated with socio-economic development tasks in localities. Strengthen the application of information technology in management, administration and deployment of trade union activities.
