On March 8, information from the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just coordinated with the Quy Hop Commune Trade Union and the grassroots Trade Union of Xuan Thanh Agriculture Co., Ltd. to organize a seminar on International Women's Day March 8, and at the same time disseminate policies on female labor and gender equality to female officials and workers of the company.
The program was attended by Ms. Phan Thi Trang - Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and specialists of the Women's Affairs Committee; Ms. Cao Thi Huong Giang - Chairwoman of Quy Hop Commune Trade Union; Mr. Le Xuan Minh - Director of Xuan Thanh Agriculture Co., Ltd. and a large number of female workers of the company.
At the seminar, delegates exchanged many contents related to policies and laws for female workers, gender equality in the working environment as well as experiences in balancing work and family life.
Through the program, female officials and workers are provided with more information about the legitimate rights and interests of female workers, thereby raising awareness and contributing to building an equal and civilized working environment in enterprises.
