The "Trade Union Meal" program was organized at Great Global International Company (located in Gián Khẩu Industrial Zone, Gia Viễn District, Ninh Bình Province) with 1,500 meals for union members and workers.
The "Trade Union Meal" program had representatives of the Provincial Trade Union, Industrial Zone Trade Unions, leaders of Great Global International Company, and 1,500 union members and workers in attendance.
The "Trade Union Meal" program was organized at Great Global International Company with 1,500 meals for union members and workers, each meal valued at 62,000 VND (an increase of 45,000 VND per meal compared to the daily working meal).
Among them, the company supported each meal by an additional 15,000 VND per meal, the grassroots trade union supported 15,000 VND per meal, and the Provincial Trade Union of Industrial Zones supported 15,000 VND per meal.
The "Trade Union Meal" was organized to demonstrate the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in promoting the care work for union members and workers; this is also an opportunity for workers, Trade Union organizations, and business leaders to share and show empathy, creating a cohesive atmosphere, thereby building trust and bonding between union members and workers with the Trade Union organization and businesses.
Mr. Đinh Thế Hùng, Chairman of the Provincial Trade Union of Industrial Zones, said that at present, 41/48 units and businesses in industrial zones in Ninh Bình Province have organized meals for union members and workers.
Among them, 27 units and businesses organized meals at the company; 14 units and businesses hired a provider to supply meals; and 7 units and businesses supported meals by providing cash to union members and workers (as they had not yet arranged a centralized dining area).
Regarding the value of meals, the average is 25,000 - 30,000 VND per meal (the lowest is 17,000 VND per meal and the highest is 40,000 VND per meal).
At the program, the Provincial Trade Union of Industrial Zones presented 15 gifts, each valued at 500,000 VND to union members and workers with difficult circumstances.
