On April 28, Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union, Ninh Binh province organized a ceremony to celebrate the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026) and Launch Workers' Month - Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
Workers' Month and Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health 2026 with the themes "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation, improving labor productivity" and "Innovating management, improving the efficiency of occupational safety and health work in the digital age". Accordingly, Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union focuses on implementing key tasks such as: promoting the emulation movement for good labor, creative labor; improving skills, applying science and technology and digital transformation, improving labor productivity; strengthening dialogue, promoting democracy; promptly grasping and resolving the rights and aspirations of workers; building harmonious and stable labor relations.
At the program, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation awarded commendations to 3 collectives and 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2026.
On this occasion, Yen Khanh Commune Trade Union donated 160 sets of ao dai from the mobilized funds of the Vietnam Education Union to female union members, workers, and laborers.
