To celebrate National Day September 2nd, Phu Tho Provincial Labor Culture House has just coordinated with Ha Hoa Commune Trade Union to organize a program to propagate, disseminate, educate on laws and exchange arts among union members and workers on August 25th.
At the program, workers are provided with legal content directly related to rights, interests and obligations in labor relations. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness and law compliance at the workplace.
On this occasion, the grassroots Trade Union of Huu Nghi Carbonate Calcium Joint Stock Company organized a launch ceremony with the participation of 60 workers.
At the ceremony, the Trade Union Committee of Phu Tho Industrial Parks awarded decisions to admit union members, recognize grassroots trade unions and recognize the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of grassroots trade unions.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Phuong Dong, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in charge of Phu Tho region, requested the grassroots trade union to soon develop operating regulations and assign specific tasks to each member.
At the same time, the organization needs to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers; coordinate with businesses to launch labor production emulation movements, improve productivity, quality and work efficiency. The working environment is also oriented towards safety, civilization, and friendliness criteria.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thong Nhat Ward, Phu Tho has also just launched the model "Community Security, Connecting Sustainable Resources".
On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward coordinated with the Ward Trade Union to present 12 gifts to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances working at businesses in the area.
It can be said that the activities taking place before National Day September 2 not only create an atmosphere of emulation among union members and workers but also contribute to bringing Trade Union activities closer to the actual needs at the grassroots level.
