Currently, the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) is directly managing over 330,000 union members, CNVCLĐ, of which over 63% are female union members.
In recent years, activities to care for material and spiritual life, encourage and help union members, workers, civil servants and laborers and children of workers, civil servants and laborers in difficult circumstances have been concerned and focused on by trade union levels.
From 2021 to now, the Provincial Labor Federation has supported the new construction and removal of temporary houses for 111 union member and CNVCLĐ households in particularly difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 4 billion VND.
Trade union levels have organized visits and gifts for union members and workers and employees in difficult circumstances on the occasion of holidays and Tet with an amount of over 400 billion VND.
Along with that, the movement to build CNVCLĐ families "Warm, progressive, happy, civilized" has been widely implemented by trade union levels in the province and achieved many positive results...

At the conference, 60 typical families representing hundreds of thousands of CNVCLĐ families in the province were commended and honored.
Typical families have the spirit of overcoming difficulties, being responsible in work, completing professional tasks well; building happy families, raising obedient and studious children, and actively spreading the good values of Vietnamese families.
Also at the conference, many typical families exchanged and shared touching stories about the journey of overcoming difficulties, building a warm home together and accompanying each other in labor and dedication.
Simple but spreading stories continue to affirm the role of the family not only as a solid rear for each worker but also as an important foundation contributing to building a united, civilized and developed community.
The conference to commend typical CNVCLĐ families in the period 2021 - 2026 is one of the practical activities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Vietnam Family Day (June 28, 2001 - June 28, 2026) and towards the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
