In the context of Phu Tho province's industrial parks, especially in Vinh Phuc area, increasingly attracting many foreign-invested enterprises (FDI), the development of union members and the establishment of grassroots unions has become extremely important to protect workers' rights and build harmonious and sustainable labor relations.
Implementing the direction of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor, from the time of establishment on July 1 to now, the staff of the Industrial Park Trade Union have promoted a proactive and responsible spirit, closely following the reality of each enterprise to implement many effective solutions.
In enterprises such as Khai Quang Industrial Park, Ba Thien, Binh Xuyen... many models of mobilizing union members and establishing grassroots unions have been implemented methodically and creatively.
One of the effective ways is to meet workers directly at the workplace, listen to their concerns, answer problems and promote the benefits of participating in trade unions. The team of union officials is always persistent, flexible, and dedicated, considering each union member as a spreading core.
In addition, coordination with FDI enterprise leaders is also focused on. Union officials not only propagate to employees but also proactively discuss with employers, helping them clearly understand the active role of unions in stabilizing personnel, increasing productivity, reducing labor disputes and implementing labor laws at enterprises.
