In the bustling atmosphere of the rapidly developing industry, the Trade Union of Green PVC Supplies Joint Stock Company (Trung Ha Industrial Park, Tam Nong Commune, Phu Tho Province) held a launching ceremony and the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The company is a 100% domestic enterprise, specializing in the production of PVC Compound synthetic plastic granules, officially operating from July 2025 with more than 100 workers. Although newly put into operation, the enterprise has focused on building an office culture, improving the working environment, and ensuring welfare for employees.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue - a worker in the packaging team - shared: "We are very excited to have a Trade Union organization. From now on, the voice of workers is heard, their rights are protected, helping them feel secure in their long-term attachment".
The establishment of a grassroots trade union at PVC Green Supply Joint Stock Company is not only a joy for the collective of more than 100 workers, but also a clear demonstration of the policy of accompanying businesses in building harmonious and progressive labor relations that the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor (Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor) is actively implementing.
Mr. Tong Duc Chien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor - said: "The establishment of a grassroots trade union organization is a top priority. When there is a trade union, workers are better protected, and businesses are also supported in building policies, taking care of workers' lives, and contributing to creating a sustainable production environment".
In reality, in the context of many fluctuations in the global economy, strengthening and expanding the trade union network at enterprises is even more important.
According to statistics from the People's Committee of Phu Tho province, the whole province now has about 40,900 operating enterprises, more than 2,200 cooperatives and thousands of business households.
In particular, in the first 9 months of 2025, the province attracted FDI investment capital estimated at 912.5 million USD, up 39% over the same period, reaching 86.2% of the 2025 target; DDI capital is estimated at 62.3 trillion VND, nearly 3 times higher than the same period, reaching 72.2% of the 2025 target; There are 3,800 newly registered enterprises, up 62.5% over the same period, up 108.6% of the plan and 820 enterprises returning to production and business activities, up 25.4% over the same period.
These figures not only show the resilience of the socio-economic situation in the Group, but also show an increasingly attractive investment and business environment. Notably, along with the development of businesses, industrial parks in the area also promote their leading role in attracting capital and solving employment. The whole province currently has 16 industrial parks in operation, attracting 846 secondary investment projects.
Mr. Le Trung Kien - Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province - said: " prioritizing the selection of environmentally friendly projects, applying high technology and having appropriate scale is the sustainable development direction of industrial parks. At the same time, industrial parks coordinate with trade unions to ensure workers' rights and lives, considering this a key factor in retaining workers.
The establishment of each grassroots trade union is a step forward in the journey to affirm the role of the trade union organization in the market economy - both accompanying businesses and being a reliable support for tens of thousands of workers in Phu Tho today.
