On April 26, the Dong Hoi City Labor Federation (Quang Binh Province) said that it had just coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the city's socio-political organizations to organize a monitoring period on the implementation of policies and regimes for adoptive teachers and contract teachers working at schools in the city.
Supervision activities focus on the implementation of salary, allowance, social insurance, health insurance and related benefits for contract workers in kindergartens and primary schools, especially the caregiver team (oph stores) - a force that is often under work pressure but still has many disadvantages in terms of benefits.
Through supervision, the working group not only grasped the actual implementation of policies, but also recorded the thoughts and aspirations of workers to synthesize, make recommendations to competent authorities, and gradually improve policies so that workers can feel secure in their work.
In the coming time, the units will continue to accompany relevant levels and sectors to promote better care for workers in the education sector, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning at the grassroots level.
