On October 16, the Le Thuy District Labor Federation (Quang Binh Province) announced that it had just held a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots union of Little Star Kindergarten.
The Little Star Kindergarten's grassroots union was established, the Executive Committee was recognized and 10 union members were admitted.
After announcing and handing over the decision, Chairman of Le Thuy District Labor Federation Nguyen Cao Thanh congratulated the Trade Union of Little Star Kindergarten on its official launch and operation.
Mr. Nguyen Cao Thanh noted some contents and assigned tasks to the grassroots trade union in the coming time. The new grassroots trade union needs to focus on building collective labor agreements, building operating regulations of the provisional executive committee, and regulations on coordination with the school.
At the same time, proactively coordinate with schools to organize emulation movements, care for the material and spiritual life of workers; mobilize workers to participate in cultural, sports and social activities, support and help each other in work and life, in order to successfully complete assigned tasks.
The Chairman of the Le Thuy District Labor Federation also requested that school leaders always pay attention and create favorable conditions for the grassroots Trade Union to operate smoothly and effectively.
