On May 1st, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots trade union of Sangshin Central Vietnam Company had just coordinated with the business leadership to organize the "Trade Union Meal" program for 317 union members and workers.
At the program, meals were increased from 22,000 VND to 70,000 VND, with funding from businesses and grassroots trade unions. The increase in meal allowances contributes to improving living conditions, showing practical concern for workers' lives.
Not only carrying material value, "Trade Union Meal" also creates a warm atmosphere, strengthens the connection between workers and businesses and Trade Union organizations. Thereby contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, consolidating the trust and long-term attachment of union members to the unit.
The activity is a highlight in the series of programs to care for union members and workers on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, aiming to improve welfare and life for workers.
