On January 4, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) said that in 2025, female worker activities were clearly implemented by the Quang Tri Trade Union, bringing practical efficiency, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life and ensuring the rights of female union members.
The Provincial Labor Federation has directed trade union levels to organize activities to celebrate International Women's Day March 8; Hai Ba Trung Uprising; "Ao Dai Week"; International Happiness Day March 20; 95th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union October 20 (1930–2025) and 15th Anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20 (2010–2025)... suitable to the conditions of each agency, unit, and enterprise.
Typical activities include: launching the emulation movement "Good at state affairs, good at housework"; folk dance festivals, sightseeing, tourism; friendly volleyball and football competitions; folk games, culinary contests... for female officials, union members, CNVCLD. These activities have created strong spillover effects, bringing a joyful atmosphere, attracting a large number of female CNVCLD to participate.
The Provincial Labor Federation successfully organized the photo contest "Traditional Ao Dai Beauty in Female Cadres, Union Members, and Workers in 2025". The Organizing Committee received and posted 85 entries from grassroots-level trade unions, including 52 collective photos and 33 individual photos. As a result, 19 collectives and 20 individuals won prizes; and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 04 collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing the contest.
In addition, implementing the "Parents - Connecting Love" Program, the Provincial Labor Federation has supported the Provincial Women's Union with 10 million VND; trade union levels have completed support for 19 children with a total amount of 57 million VND.
The work of caring for children of union members and workers is also concerned through scholarship awarding, commending and rewarding well-behaved and studious children; visiting disabled children and families in difficult circumstances...
