On March 8, the Trade Union of Quang Binh Railway Joint Stock Company (Quang Tri province) said that it had just organized a seminar program with the theme "Keeping the fire of happiness - Modern and confident railway women", to celebrate the 116th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2026), the 1986th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising and respond to the "Ao Dai Week" in 2026.
About 60 delegates who are representatives of women's sub-committees of units in the company attended. The program also had the participation of Party Committee leaders, professional leaders, Trade Union and Youth Union.
Opening the program, female officials and employees took photos in ao dai at the company premises. Traditional ao dai creates a brilliant atmosphere, honoring the beauty of Vietnamese women and the image of female workers in the railway industry who are dynamic and confident in a modern working environment.
Speaking at the program, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tran Van Sau Company sent congratulations to all female officials and employees on the occasion of March 8, and acknowledged the contributions of the female labor force to the production and business activities of the unit.
On this occasion, company leaders presented flowers and took souvenir photos with the delegates. Many welcoming art performances were also performed, creating a joyful and cohesive atmosphere.
The seminar focused on three topics related to the life and work of female workers. In which, the topic "Keeping the fire of happiness" shared experiences on balancing work and family, with many real stories from female officials and workers in the industry.
The theme "Modern and confident women" focuses on exchanging about health care, beauty skills and self-development, contributing to building the image of dynamic and brave women in the railway industry.
In the topic "Rights and benefits", representatives of the company's leadership and the Trade Union answered questions related to policies for female workers, helping workers better understand their rights.

In addition, the program also has the "Lucky Draw" activity, creating a lively atmosphere and increasing the connection between participating delegates.
After the seminar, the delegation offered incense at the Long Dai Ferry Memorial Area, expressing gratitude to previous generations who sacrificed in the resistance war. The delegation also visited and interacted at Suoi Bang, creating a relaxing and connected space after working days.
The program is an opportunity to honor the role of female officials and employees in Quang Binh Railway Joint Stock Company, and at the same time encourage female workers to continue to promote their capacity and contribute to the development of the unit and the railway industry.
