On April 16, the Trade Union of Power Generation Corporation 2 said that a working delegation of Power Generation Corporation 2 (EVNGENCO2) led by Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh - General Director visited and presented gifts to employees at Quang Tri Hydropower Company.
Participating in the working delegation were Mr. Bui Van Thang - Chairman of EVNGENCO2 Trade Union, representatives of the Corporation's Youth Union and leaders of professional departments.
Here, the delegation presented support of 20 million VND and many practical gifts to encourage workers during the peak dry season operation period.
Representatives of EVNGENCO2 acknowledged the efforts of the collective of workers in ensuring safe and stable operation of units, meeting production requirements in harsh weather conditions.
At the same time, it is proposed to continue to pay attention to occupational safety and health, maintain the spirit of solidarity to complete the tasks of the year.
Within the framework of the program, the delegation also came to the construction site of Huong Phung 1 Wind Power Project, awarding an additional 20 million VND and gifts to the construction force. The activity aims to share difficulties and add motivation for engineers and workers to stick to the construction site, ensuring progress and safety.
Visiting and giving gifts on the occasion of Workers' Month is maintained annually, contributing to caring for the lives and encouraging the spirit of workers at power production units.
