On July 8, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a ceremony to announce the decision to recognize 8 union members and establish the grassroots Trade Union of Vila Sanmy Shi Trading and Service Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the term 2026 - 2030, including 3 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Van Tuan, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee and Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, Deputy Director of Vila Sanmy Shi Trading and Service Co., Ltd. congratulated the collective of employees of the company on officially joining the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to urgently develop programs, plans and operating regulations according to guidance; proactively coordinate with the Company's Board of Directors to perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Along with that, grassroots trade unions need to promote propaganda and mobilize union members and workers to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, internal regulations and rules of enterprises; actively respond to labor and production emulation movements, improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency, contributing to building sustainable enterprise development.
