The conference was held at KING FARM International Group Joint Stock Company and MEC Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd.
At the conferences, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish grassroots trade unions, admit new union members, contributing to expanding the trade union organization, affirming the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Mr. Dang Trung Son - Head of Trade Union of Region II congratulated the newly established grassroots trade unions, acknowledged the concern and companionship of businesses in building trade union organizations and presented congratulatory gifts to units.
In particular, at MEC Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd., business leaders presented meaningful gifts to union members and employees, showing concern, encouragement, and creating motivation for employees to feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the business.
The establishment of new grassroots trade unions continues to affirm the determination of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Trade Union organization in developing union members, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
