Establishing another grassroots trade union in Thai Nguyen

    Thai Nguyen - The Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) has just organized a conference to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Trung Co Steel Co., Ltd.

    Attending the conference were Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thai - Vice President of Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation; members of the Executive Committee, officials in charge of Trade Union Region III; Board of Directors and trade union members of Trung Co Steel Co., Ltd.

    Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thai thanked the Board of Directors of the company for their concern and creating conditions for establishing grassroots trade unions.

    At the same time, it is proposed that grassroots trade unions soon stabilize their organization, perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious labor relations and promoting business development.
