From September 9 to 10, the Health Sector Trade Union organized a training conference on trade union work for 65 officials of affiliated grassroots trade unions.
At the conference, the following contents were deployed: Vietnam Trade Union in the new context; Professional skills, methods of operation of grassroots trade union officials; Financial work of grassroots trade unions; Trade unions participating in management, caring for and protecting the interests of union members and workers; Trade unions participating in implementing democracy at the grassroots level; Inspection and supervision work of grassroots trade unions.
Through the training conference, the staff of the Son La Health Sector's grassroots trade union were able to gain more information, knowledge and skills in trade union activities; thereby raising awareness of their roles and responsibilities towards trade union activities and the workers' movement.
At the same time, constantly innovate the content of activities, be creative in thinking and working methods so that the programs and contents of the trade union organization are practical, suitable to the actual situation and increasingly better fulfill the pioneering role of trade union cadres, continue to contribute to the successful completion of political tasks of each agency and unit and build a clean and strong trade union organization.
