B.T.P (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was newly established and has been operating stably since August 2024 in the printing industry. After a period of operation, with the support of the company, along with the propaganda and mobilization work of the Economic Zone Trade Union Standing Committee, 23 workers applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union and established the company's Trade Union.
At the launching ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairwoman of the Economic Zone Trade Union, requested the Company's Board of Directors to continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for the grassroots trade union to operate smoothly and effectively, and coordinate with the grassroots trade union to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers to have timely solutions to better care for workers.
Along with that, the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union needs to urgently develop a coordination regulation between the Company's Board of Directors and the Trade Union Executive Committee, the operating regulations of the Provisional Executive Committee, to sign and implement collective labor agreements, perform well the representative function, take care of and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
