On March 5, the Kien Xuong District Trade Union (Thai Binh Province) organized a health care communication conference for nearly 300 grassroots trade union officials at all levels; combined with organizing the program "Giving Ao Dai, Sending Love" for female union members and workers of the grassroots trade unions of the enterprise sector on the occasion of International Women's Day March 8.
At the communication session, delegates listened to Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice President of the Thai Binh Provincial Family Planning Association - discuss and convey basic contents on population work, reproductive health care; how to recognize, prevent and treat infectious diseases. Especially the way to recognize and distinguish hormonal problems, women's breast diseases, and gynecological diseases that are common in women, especially women of childbearing age.

Also at the conference, the leaders of the Kien Xuong District Trade Union presented 285 Ao Dai sets to union members and female workers in difficult circumstances in 8 trade unions of the enterprise sector.
This is a practical activity in response to Ao Dai Week 2025; commemorating the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 2010 - March 8, 2025) to continue preserving and promoting cultural values, creating conditions for many women at the grassroots level to wear traditional ao dai.
At the same time, this is also the result of the program "Giving Ao Dai, Sending Love" signed and implemented by the Thai Binh Provincial Women's Union and the Provincial Labor Federation at all levels.

On the same day, the Thai Thuy District Trade Union held a meeting with the newly transferred grassroots trade unions under the district Trade Union.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Thai Binh Provincial Federation of Labor on transferring 10 grassroots unions with 1,162 union members to the Thai Thuy District Union.
These are grassroots trade unions under the Trade Unions of the Education, Health and Construction sectors that have dissolved and terminated operations according to the policy of streamlining the apparatus in the Thai Binh Provincial Trade Union system.
Thus, from February 26, the total number of grassroots unions under the Thai Thuy District Trade Union is 205 grassroots unions with 17,398 union members.
