On March 20, the Vu Thu District Labor Federation (Thai Binh Province) organized a training conference on participating in implementing democracy at the grassroots level and the activities of the People's Inspectorate for more than 260 delegates who are Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Heads of the People's Inspectorate in affiliated grassroots trade unions.
At the conference, delegates listened to Standing Vice President of the Thai Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Thai Duong discuss and clarify some basic contents of the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation 2022 and Instruction No. 11/HD-TLD dated March 14, 2024 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on trade unions participating in implementing grassroots democracy.
Important issues include: Participating in building grassroots democracy regulations, workplace dialogue, implementing grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace, organizing labor conferences; organizing the activities of the People's Inspectorate in agencies, units, state-owned enterprises...

The exchange of the above knowledge will help grassroots union officials have enough knowledge and skills in negotiating and negotiating with employers to achieve higher benefits than those prescribed by law; build harmonious and stable labor relations, and cooperate together for the sustainable development of enterprises.
