Attending the program at the direct bridge point in Thai Nguyen were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan; Mr. Le An Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union; Ms. Do Thi Hien - Chairwoman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation, along with experts and nearly 200 union members and workers.
The program is also connected online to the Ho Chi Minh City bridge point and digital platforms to create conditions for union members to participate in asking questions, reflecting and proposing solutions.

Speaking at the opening of the program, Mr. Le An Hai - Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union affirmed that the Industry and Trade sector currently has hundreds of thousands of union members and workers working in many specific fields.
Each field has different working conditions. Each business has different advantages and difficulties. This means that the thoughts and aspirations of workers are also very diverse.
There are many opinions wishing the trade union organization to innovate more strongly to be truly close to union members, close to grassroots levels and promptly solve problems arising from practice. That is also the reason for today's seminar to be organized," Mr. Le An Hai emphasized.

Also according to the Chairman of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union, today's forum focuses on exchanging and discussing 5 major content groups, including: Employment, wages, bonuses and income; Working conditions; Social security policies; Improving labor productivity, vocational training, digital transformation, green transformation; Trade union activities and solutions to improve the effectiveness of representing and caring for union members and workers.
These are all very practical issues, directly related to the lives, jobs and sustainable development of businesses as well as the Industry and Trade sector.
The forum also has 30 hard questions and questions sent back through social networking platforms.
All questions, opinions, and recommendations will be summarized and classified by group of issues and authority for management agencies to answer and monitor.

Through the forum, the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union continues to affirm its role as a reliable bridge between workers, businesses and state management agencies.
Proactively participate early in the dialogue process, forecast and propose solutions, especially for issues related to employment, wages, vocational skills, labor safety and social security issues.
With the spirit of "Listening to accompany - Sharing to develop - Action for sustainability", the forum aims to create a responsible dialogue mechanism. From there, contributing to building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations and sustainable development of the Industry and Trade sector.
