Implementing the Work Program No. 03/CTr-UBKT of the Inspection Committee (IC) of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor, on September 23-25, the inspection team led by Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor (LFF) and Chairman of the Inspection Committee Doan Manh Thang inspected the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, management and use of union finance and assets at 4 grassroots unions.
The units include: Dongwha Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Hengxin Vietnam New Materials Engineering Co., Ltd., Huali Vietnam Group Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electro - Mechanics Vietnam Co., Ltd.

At the working sessions, the Executive Committee (EC) of the grassroots trade union reported on the results of activities in many fields. In particular, the work of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers is highlighted. Manage union finances and assets; develop union members and build a strong union organization.
The units also focus on coordinating with professionals in implementing democratic regulations and building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Through the inspection, the working group highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and efforts of the grassroots union staff. Many units have effectively implemented cultural and sports movements, contributing to creating a cohesive working environment, improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

In addition, the delegation also pointed out limitations that need to be overcome, such as: enhancing skills training for trade union officials, strictly complying with financial procedures, improving the quality of dialogue and collective bargaining.
This inspection activity is not only an opportunity for supervision and evaluation, but also has the meaning of orientation and support for grassroots trade unions to promote their role and innovate the content and methods of operation.
The inspection team requested that grassroots trade unions continue to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers. At the same time, closely coordinate with employers to build harmonious and stable labor relations. Thereby contributing to promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
According to the plan, from now until October 7, the working group will continue to inspect the remaining 7 units.
