On the morning of June 27, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) organized a conference to summarize the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLĐ) and trade union activities in the first 6 months of the year; deploying key tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.

Attending the conference were Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of leaders of departments directly under the Provincial Labor Federation, trade unions of communes, wards and businesses in the area.
According to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, in the first 6 months of the year, trade union levels in the province closely followed political tasks, innovated the content and methods of operation, and focused on effectively implementing the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Trade union levels have coordinated to visit and give gifts to 364,739 turns of union members and workers with a total budget of more than 122.7 billion VND; supported the construction and repair of 36 "Trade Union Homes". At the same time, organized programs "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", "Workers' Month" and "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" with many practical activities, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate.
Emulation movements continue to be innovated and replicated. Typically, the Provincial Labor Federation launched the emulation movement "5 pioneers, 5 companions striving to build a strong worker contingent, contributing to the development of Thanh Hoa to be rich, beautiful, civilized, happy, and exemplary".
Along with that, the movement "Good Labor - High Productivity - Good Income" for the period 2026-2030 is being implemented; the model "Model Trade Union - Exemplary Union Member" continues to be implemented. Many new models such as "Workers' Cultural Space", "Digital Trade Union, Digital Workers, Digital Houses", "Model Labor Group - Happy Work" are being built and replicated.

Regarding union member development and construction of trade union organizations, in the first 6 months of the year, the whole province newly established 34 grassroots trade unions and admitted 10,250 union members.
At the conference, delegates discussed and agreed on tasks and solutions to implement the CNVCLĐ movement and trade union activities in the last 6 months of 2026. Accordingly, trade union levels continue to effectively implement the Resolution of Trade Union Congresses at all levels; promote propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions and professional unions; widely organize patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation praised the opinions and recommendations of delegates; and at the same time acknowledged and summarized them for gradual resolution.
Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that trade union officials need to shift from discovery thinking to problem-solving thinking; not only identify problems but also proactively propose solutions.
In the current context, the large workload requires trade union officials not only to make more efforts but also to quickly catch up with digital transformation, applying good practices to improve efficiency.
Trade union officials need to implement the 5D goal including: doing right, doing enough, doing synchronously, beautifying, doing first. In that spirit, it is proposed that units make efforts to implement the peak emulation period, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the establishment of Thanh Hoa Trade Union, with 8 focuses and 9 tasks set out" - Mr. Luong Trong Thanh emphasized.


On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 4 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in the period 2023–2025.
