In the upper Ky Anh area, clouds are developing strongly, the risk of thunderstorms and lightning storms is very high. In addition, thunderstorm clouds are also moving from Laos to the communes of Huong Khe (old).
The meteorological agency warns that in thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind, flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on slopes.
For many days, Ha Tinh has been experiencing intense heat with temperatures sometimes above 40 degrees Celsius. In the heat, a number of forest fires and house fires combined with business locations for people have occurred.
