On January 22, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had just recognized 31 agencies, units, and businesses that met cultural standards in 2025.
Over the past time, implementing the "All people unite to build a cultural life" movement for the period 2021-2026 of the Prime Minister, trade union levels have advised Party committees, proactively coordinated with authorities, professional colleagues and employers to promote the movement to build "Agences, units, and businesses that meet cultural standards".
Through appraisal, the recognized units have well implemented grassroots democracy regulations; built a "green - clean - beautiful" working environment; ensured labor safety and hygiene; maintained the effectiveness of cultural, artistic and sports activities, contributing to improving the spiritual life of workers.
At the conference to summarize the work in 2025 and deploy tasks for 2026, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation recognized the title "Agency, unit, and enterprise meeting cultural standards" for 31 units and enterprises in the province.
Building agencies, units, and businesses that meet cultural standards contributes to creating a healthy working environment, raising sense of responsibility, industrial style, promoting creative labor emulation movements among workers and laborers; and at the same time affirms the companion role of the Trade Union organization in building a civilized and progressive working environment, for the benefit of union members and workers.
