On August 25, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that Nga Son Commune Trade Union coordinated with Winners Vina Co., Ltd. to organize the "Excellent Worker" Contest in 2026, attracting nearly 100 workers and laborers to participate.
The contest includes 2 parts: a competition on legal knowledge, regimes, and policies related to workers and a skill competition at workshops.
In the knowledge test, candidates answer questions about labor law, social insurance, salary, bonuses, maternity benefits, company regulations and policies related to employees.
The skills competition includes 6 stages: Kansai sleeve, necklid, cotton pad, bear comb, locking and bag programming. The contents require contestants to have solid skills, quick and accurate operations, and master operation and processing techniques of sewing machines.
During the exam, candidates strictly complied with the regulations, ensured safety for people and equipment, and showed a spirit of seriousness and responsibility.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 6 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 11 consolation prizes to excellent contestants.
The contest contributes to discovering and commending highly skilled workers, creating conditions for workers to practice skills, improve productivity, product quality and promote the spirit of "Good Labor - Creative Labor".
Through this, Nga Son Commune Trade Union and Winners Vina Co., Ltd. contribute to building a team of skilled workers with industrial style, and at the same time create motivation for workers to stick with and accompany businesses.
