On August 15, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Adiana Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. had just coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a Skills Competition for workers.
The contest includes contents related to each stage in the shoe production line such as sewing tape, stringing, forming, grinding soles and presentations about the team and products.
The competitions require workers to perform operations accurately, skillfully, quickly, and at the same time show discipline and a sense of responsibility in work.
At the contest, contestants showed skills accumulated through practical work. The presentation about the team and products also created conditions for the teams to show solidarity, creativity and attachment to work.
Through the contest, the Trade Union and the Company's Board of Directors create more opportunities for union members and employees to train, exchange experiences, and improve their skills; and at the same time discover and commend workers with professional skills and sense of responsibility in their work.
Representatives of Adiana Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. said that the activity contributes to promoting the emulation movement "Good Labor - Creative Labor", creating motivation for workers to improve their skills, complete tasks well, and contribute to the production and business activities of enterprises.
