On September 3, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Huasheng Vietnam Co., Ltd. had just organized the program "Folk games and Skills competition" with the participation of union members and workers.
The program creates conditions for union members and workers to exchange, train, and demonstrate professional skills, and at the same time respond to the labor production emulation movement.
At the skills competition, union members and workers show professional knowledge, practical skills, dexterity and working style. This is also an opportunity for workers directly involved in production to exchange experiences and learn from each other, thereby raising their sense of responsibility and professional skills.
Along with the skills competition, folk games are organized, creating opportunities for union members and workers in departments and production lines to meet, exchange, and strengthen solidarity in the collective.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Huasheng Vietnam Co., Ltd. presented gifts to encourage union members in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses. The activity aims to promptly share with union members facing difficulties in life, helping workers have more motivation to overcome difficulties and feel secure in their work.
The organization of skills competitions and folk games combined with activities to care for union members contributes to linking the emulation movement with the lives of workers, and at the same time demonstrates the companion role of the Trade Union organization towards union members and workers.
