On March 12, Hue City Labor Federation organized the second meeting of the Executive Committee, term XVI, term 2025 - 2030 to discuss many important contents related to the full-term work program and tasks for 2026.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation submitted submissions for the Executive Committee to consider, give opinions and approve many operating regulations of the new term. Including the Working Regulations of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation of the 16th term; the Operating Regulations of the Inspection Committee; along with the assignment of tasks to members of the Standing Committee and members of the Executive Committee.

One of the contents that delegates focused on exchanging was the innovation of trade union operating methods in the context of the administrative apparatus being arranged and streamlined, and at the same time deploying the two-level local government model.
According to delegates, in the coming time, the Trade Union organization needs to strengthen closely following grassroots levels, proactively grasp the situation of labor relations at enterprises, especially foreign-invested enterprises. Thereby, promptly care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
In addition, many opinions also proposed that trade unions continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a more flexible and practical direction; promote dialogue, collective negotiation, accompany businesses to stabilize production and business, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
