On September 26, the Working Group on Management of Area No. 8 of the City Labor Federation (LDLD) held a training conference on digital transformation application for union officials, deploying guidelines for assessing and classifying the quality of grassroots union activities, and plans for union congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The conference was attended by Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation; Ms. Mai Thanh Thao, Mr. Nguyen Van Duc - Standing Member of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, and leaders of ward, commune and affiliated grassroots unions.
At the conference, delegates listened to reporters provide guidance on current technology trends, benefits and challenges of digital transformation in trade union activities. At the same time, guiding the application of digital transformation in trade unions.

Also at the conference, delegates were deployed by Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation officials to plan the grassroots trade union congress towards the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation congress for the 2025-2030 term; provide guidance on the congress organization process; prepare documents, personnel for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Trade Union Inspection Committee; delegates attending the higher-level trade union congress...

In addition, the conference deployed propaganda on some basic contents of the emulation movement to welcome the Patriotic Emulation Congress, the Trade Union Congresses at all levels, and the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Also at the conference, a real estate enterprise introduced a social housing project in Tan Uyen ward to workers. This project will be implemented in the coming time, bringing housing opportunities to workers.
