Accordingly, 88/88 units, including 76/76 public units of schools in Thanh Tri district, successfully organized conferences of cadres, civil servants, public employees (CB, CC, VC), and workers on schedule, according to regulations, ensuring democracy and practicality.
In the 2024-2025 school year, 4,768/4,886 cadres, civil servants, and employees working at school units attended the conference at the facility.
Promoting the highest democratic spirit and intelligence of the collective of cadres, teachers and staff, at 88 conferences, there were 235 comments, opinions and contributions to the results achieved in the past school year; proposing solutions to effectively implement the conference resolution and excellently complete the tasks of the 2024-2025 school year.
At the conferences, there were also many opinions proposing to competent authorities contents related to workers' rights such as recommending to reduce the retirement age for workers in specific professions, including preschool teachers, and at the same time increasing the percentage of social insurance benefits for workers to ensure life after retirement.
