This is a practical activity of the Hanoi City Labor Federation to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024); to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2024).
According to Mr. Le Dinh Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation - in recent years, from the emulation movement "Creative Labor" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 1996, the Hanoi City Labor Federation has specifically implemented it through a movement striving to achieve the title "Initiative and Creativity among Capital Workers".
In 2024, 95,523 initiatives were recognized at the grassroots level, and 2,086 initiatives were recognized at the upper-level. From 801 initiatives and scientific topics selected and proposed from the upper-level, the Emulation Council of the City Labor Federation selected and recognized 100 workers to achieve the title of "Initiatives and Creativity in the Capital's Workers" in 2024 and decided to award Certificates of Merit from the Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation to 100 individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Creative Labor" movement in 2024.
On this occasion, the City Labor Federation also honored 10 typical enterprises for workers in 2024.
