Announcing the decision to dissolve grassroots trade unions in the administrative and career sector

Hanoi Thuong Tin District Labor Federation has announced the decision to dissolve and terminate the activities of grassroots unions in the administrative and career sectors.

This is an important step to implement the policies of the Hanoi City Labor Federation in perfecting the organization and rearranging grassroots unions in a streamlined and efficient manner.

Accordingly, the dissolution and termination of the activities of grassroots trade unions this time is carried out according to Project No. 13/DA-LDLD dated May 30, 2025 of the Hanoi City Labor Federation on ending the activities of trade unions at the grassroots level directly under the City Labor Federation. At the same time, the arrangement is also guided in detail in Official Dispatch No. 1523/LDLD on the same day and Project No. 01/DA-LDLD dated June 5, 2025 of the Thuong Tin District Labor Federation.

With the consensus of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation and the Standing Committee of the Thuong Tin District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation announced the decision to end the operation of 113 grassroots unions under the administrative agency sector, 100% of which are receiving state budget; dissolved 11 more grassroots unions under the affiliated enterprise sector. In addition, 106 other grassroots trade unions will be transferred to the Hanoi City Labor Federation for direct management.

Along with announcing the decision to dissolve and end the activities of grassroots trade unions in the administrative and career sectors, the Thuong Tin District Labor Federation organized the award ceremony of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the education sector.

According to Decision No. 3492 dated June 12, 2025, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded Emulation Flags to 1 collective, Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Good workers" and building a strong trade union organization in the 2024-2025 school year.
