Up to now, after 1 year of establishment, An Khanh Commune Trade Union has gradually affirmed its role as a reliable companion of workers.
The commune trade union has 27 new grassroots trade unions, exceeding 540% of the assigned target and admitting 1,225 union members. Currently, the commune trade union has 82 grassroots trade unions with 3,449 union members.
In particular, An Khanh Commune Trade Union completed 100% standardization of union member data on iHanoi. The "Paperless Meeting Room" model, operating via Zalo, and the fact that 100% of leaders proficiently apply artificial intelligence have proven their pioneering and breakthrough in digital transformation, while creating a modern and effective working environment, close to union members and workers.
In addition, the Commune Trade Union focused on Party building work, introducing 58 outstanding union members to participate in the Party awareness class, of which 5 union members were honored to stand in the ranks of the Party.
An Khanh Commune Trade Union's one year of operation also left a mark in caring for the lives of workers with more than 2,392 gifts, total value of over 1.5 billion VND, handed directly to union members in difficult circumstances; organizing loving cars, Trade Union Meals; Trade Union Tet Market...
