Regarding the assessment of business operations and handling and removing difficulties for businesses, the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers have worked directly with businesses, and ministries must continue to review and proactively remove obstacles that have not been thoroughly resolved.
Continue to review and comprehensively assess the business situation, especially the group of small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on proposing to immediately handle some difficulties, inadequacies, and obstacles, creating conditions for businesses to promote production and business activities, especially publicizing measures on corporate income tax that can be submitted to the National Assembly at the end of this year to increase business confidence in the State's support policies, thereby continuing to be assured to expand production.
Regarding the management of the gasoline and oil and electricity markets, the Prime Minister requested the Minister of Industry and Trade to continue to closely monitor the situation, ensure the stockpiling and full supply of gasoline and oil, electricity from now until the end of the year; urgently submit amended Decree 83 of the Government on gasoline and oil business and Power Plan VIII adjusted and supplemented.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade urgently submits the overall project on restructuring the electricity industry; The Ministry of Finance presides over and coordinates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to submit the project on restructuring Vietnam Electricity Group, ensuring the reduction of intermediate stages and enhancing the quality and efficiency of electricity supply.
The Prime Minister assigned Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau to continue directing that the Ministry of Education and Training must immediately and with a specific deadline resolve the shortage of textbooks thoroughly and completely in the shortest time.
Clearly stating that the issue of providing school meals has many shortcomings and is not guaranteed in terms of quality and food safety and hygiene, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Education and Training to exchange and work with localities, and at the same time emphasized that this is the responsibility of localities, especially grassroots authorities.
Secretaries, Chairmen and the Standing Committee must promote their responsibilities in taking care of students, ensuring the spirit of the Politburo's Resolution on breakthroughs in education and training development.
Regarding the health sector, the Prime Minister requested Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra to continue directing, the Ministry of Health is responsible for reviewing very carefully, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Government Inspectorate contribute opinions to the draft law amending a number of laws in the health sector, creating breakthroughs in management methods, ensuring the most effectiveness, and not creating loopholes for violations.
At the same time, terminate local interests, group interests, and cut intermediaries in the field of drug and medical equipment supply, so that medical facilities and patients can access drug and medical equipment sources at the most affordable and high-quality prices.
