With the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Karcher Lock Joint Stock Company at the end of August, Chuong My Ward Trade Union has brought the total number of grassroots trade unions established in the first 8 months of the year to 9 units, developing 745/1,000 union members, reaching 74.5% of the target assigned in 2026.
Karcher Lock Joint Stock Company currently has 113 employees. From August 1-20.8, the Mobilization Committee organized propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State related to the rights and interests of employees; and at the same time propagated about the position, role, functions, and tasks of the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Through this, 100% of eligible employees voluntarily applied to join the Trade Union.

Mr. Trinh Van Tue - Chairman of Chuong My Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union focus on building operating regulations, clearly assigning tasks; coordinate with the Board of Directors to well implement the Democracy Regulation, participate in building internal regulations, labor regulations and collective labor agreements, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Along with that, the Trade Union needs to pay attention to occupational safety and health, improve working conditions, take care of the material and spiritual life of union members; regularly listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers.
