Implementing the direction of the Hanoi City Labor Federation on caring for and supporting union members and workers affected by storm No. 3 and floods in 2024, the Hanoi Construction Trade Union has instructed grassroots unions to review and make a list of union members and workers affected and damaged by storm No. 3.
