At the conference, the Executive Committee discussed and agreed on working regulations and work programs; and assigned tasks to each member. Thereby, affirming the determination to promote the spirit of solidarity, improve operational efficiency, and create an important premise for the Ward Union to innovate the content and methods of operation.
The highest goal is to accompany union members and workers; contributing to building an increasingly strong movement of workers, civil servants and laborers.
Immediately after the conference, the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union focused on preparing conditions to successfully organize the first Son Tay Ward Trade Union Congress. The ward union also aims to continue taking care of the material and spiritual lives; protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
With its role, function and task, the Ward Union will promote vibrant emulation movements among workers, civil servants and laborers to encourage cadres and union members to enthusiastically work, produce, work, and actively contribute to the development of the locality and the capital.
