Initial information, at around 4:30 a.m. on September 16, a fire broke out at a one-story house in Van Giap village, Thuong Tin commune, inside which there was a couple and two young children.
The burning house was temporarily built, surrounded by corrugated iron, so 4 people could not escape, leading to death.
After receiving the report, the authorities dispatched two fire trucks and many soldiers to the scene to put out the fire and search and rescue.
At around 5am the same day, the fire was completely extinguished.
The house on fire is currently sealed off to investigate the cause.
