Hanoi - On December 13, Thanh Tri District Labor Federation announced that 149 units had signed the Collective Labor Agreement.

Of which, 30 new Collective Labor Agreements were signed (reaching 136% of the target of 22 Collective Labor Agreements assigned by the City); 119/99 Agreements were revised, re-signed, and supplemented with more favorable terms for workers (reaching 120% of the target assigned by the City). Thanh Tri District Labor Federation also urged and guided 2 Cooperatives to sign Collective Labor Agreements. 100% of signed Agreements included the content of the agreement on shift meals in the content, the value of shift meals is from 25,000 - 30,000 VND/meal.

This result was achieved thanks to the specific guidance of the District Labor Federation for grassroots unions, focusing on building and signing Collective Labor Agreements according to the correct procedures, while reviewing and evaluating the quality of signed Agreements.

In addition, the District Labor Federation also coordinated well with the District People's Committee in directing agencies, units, and enterprises to organize the Conference of civil servants, public employees, and Labor Conference in 2024. 105/105 administrative units successfully organized the Conference of cadres, reaching 100%; 121/121 non-state enterprises organized the Conference of Laborers, reaching 100%; 92/121 enterprises organized the Dialogue Conference, reaching 76.5%.
