Notably, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, Chairman of the Trade Union of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City, directly working as a reporter, conveyed practical contents related to trade union activities at enterprises.
In which, focus on clarifying the role, functions, tasks and operating skills of trade union officials and group leaders; methods of grasping the situation of union members and workers; propaganda, mobilization, and dialogue skills; participating in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; building grassroots trade union organizations to become increasingly strong.
In particular, through the analysis of practical situations at enterprises, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang emphasized: The head of the trade union is a direct "bridge" between union members and workers and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the enterprise.
