There are 89 members of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), who are Vice Chairmen of Provincial and City VGCLs, industrial park trade union officials, commune and ward trade unions, upper-level grassroots trade unions, members of the Inspection Committee of the VGCL, Vice Chairmen of Provincial and City VGCLs in the Northern region, Central Industry Trade Unions, Economic Group Trade Unions, and Corporations directly under the VGCL participating in the training class.
Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
From the 13th to the 15th. 8, trainees learned and exchanged topics: Promoting the implementation of trade union culture, worker culture, and safety culture in the workplace; Innovating the implementation of the task of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; Some guidelines and Resolutions of the 14th Party Congress on building the Vietnamese working class and strong trade union organizations in the new era; The establishment of workers' organizations at enterprises according to the 2019 Labor Code and issues posed to our country and the role of the Trade Union organization; New thinking and major contents of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress associated with digital transformation in the activities of the Vietnam Trade Union; Innovating propaganda, education, and mobilization of union members and workers in the new situation; Strengthening the work of developing union members, building a contingent of Trade Union officials, building a strong Vietnam Trade Union organization and improving the effectiveness of Party building participation; Key tasks of trade union finance and public housing work.
In addition to the above topics, the trainees will go on field trips and exchange experiences at grassroots trade unions under the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.
