Accordingly, the Hoang Mai District Labor Federation announced and awarded the Decision to establish 14 grassroots unions and admit 453 union members.
14 grassroots unions include the following units: Unicomm Media Company Limited, Enterprisenao Solutions Joint Stock Company, Vnt Invest Group Joint Stock Company, Urban Forest Green Green Trading Company Limited, Lien Viet Xanh Food Joint Stock Company, Agri Vma Company Limited, IHRS Company Limited, Wayfu Studio Company Limited, VERASUNSHINE Pharmaceutical Trading Company Limited, NTT Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company, Lecas Leather Goods Company Limited, Safaco Import Export Joint Stock Company, Hoang Ha Construction and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company, RDU Company Limited.
Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Thuy - Chairwoman of the Hoang Mai District Labor Federation has guided and trained the Provisional Grassroots Union Executive Committee to carry out activities immediately after its establishment. This includes disseminating to union members the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies, the Resolution of the superior Union, the Trade Union Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; the role, functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization; participating in inspecting and supervising the implementation of policies related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers and laborers such as salary regime, social insurance, health insurance, etc.
On this occasion, Ms. Thuy also paid special attention to the newly established grassroots unions about the importance and significance of establishing grassroots unions. This is an activity that meets the aspirations and wishes of workers. Therefore, grassroots unions need to organize and implement activities, especially activities to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, thereby gathering and attracting workers to join the Union organization, actively responding to the emulation movements and production labor of the unit.
