Establishment of 3 grassroots unions after administrative unit merger

Hanoi - On January 21, the Thach That District Labor Federation announced that it had issued a Decision to establish 3 grassroots unions after merging administrative units in the 2023 - 2025 period.

Accordingly, the Thach That District Labor Federation coordinated with the Veterans Association, Farmers' Association, Women's Union, and Thach That District Youth Union to announce the decision to establish socio-political organizations after the administrative unit merger in the period of 2023 - 2025.

In particular, the District Labor Federation announced the decision to establish 3 grassroots unions, including Quang Trung Commune Union, Thach Xa Commune Union and Lam Son Commune Union, and at the same time appointed a provisional grassroots union executive committee of each commune.

Mr. Nguyen Van Toan - Chairman of the Thach That District Labor Federation requested the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Unions to deeply understand their position and role, to be highly united and united, to promote the achievements gained, to do better in trade union work after the merger; to actively contribute to building a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization.

In addition, the grassroots trade union needs to organize well the work of grasping the ideological situation of cadres, union members and workers; carry out well the handover work between organizations to unify the system of documents, seals and signatures so as not to interrupt the movement and tasks of the trade union.

The leaders of the District Labor Federation also requested that Party committees and commune authorities coordinate to do a good job of leadership, direction, and care and support so that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union can well perform its tasks and trade union movements in the locality.
