Through voter contacts and election campaigns, delegates who are Tuyen Quang trade union officials all showed seriousness and high responsibility when participating in running for election as provincial People's Council delegates, performing well the role and responsibility of elected people's representatives.

Meanwhile, Ms. Hoang Hai Yen - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, with her trade union work experience, has shown her understanding of job creation and stable income for workers.
Ms. Hoang Hai Yen's candidacy action program has highlighted the role of vocational training, a key solution so that local workers are not left behind in the context of Tuyen Quang's strong economic restructuring, accelerating digital transformation and attracting investors.

If trusted by voters to be elected as a Provincial People's Council Delegate, Ms. Hoang Hai Yen committed to implementing 2 groups of key solutions.
First, advise on policies on training and retraining. Actively propose to the Provincial People's Council to issue specialized resolutions on supporting training costs and improving skills for workers, especially prioritizing redundant labor due to technology conversion or rural labor shifting to the industrial sector.
Determined to propose to the province to build a "Addressed Training" mechanism: Encourage businesses to directly participate in the curriculum and teaching process. What businesses need, we train that, ensuring that workers have jobs immediately after graduation, avoiding the situation of "too many teachers, not enough workers" or wasting social resources.
Second, supervise the fair and effective implementation of the allocation and payment of vocational training support funds for rural workers, people with disabilities and policy beneficiaries. It is proposed that functional agencies ensure that this resource reaches the right target, the right purpose, taking the satisfaction of learners and the actual employment rate as a measure of policy effectiveness.
